DESCRIPTION:Eddie & The Nonos live at The Backyard Friday\, August 14\, 9 to 11 pm \nThe Backyard continues its live music journey\, and this time we are travelling the world in song. \nWe are thrilled to welcome Eddie & The Nonos\, a world music\, funk and groovy jazz trio. Annabelle leads on vocals and guitar\, singing Songs of the World in many languages\, from Spanish\, Mexican and Venezuelan to Sicilian\, Macedonian\, Slovene\, Greek\, Serbian\, Pugliese\, Sephardic and English. She is carried by Paolo on bass and Julio on drums and percussion\, a delicate and irresistibly groovy rhythm base. \nAfter their gigs at Art Base\, Unity Bookshop\, Cosmodelyk and the Martial Equinox Flow Festival at Mona Monastery in Jette\, they bring their repertoire to our stage for a warm and intimate musical journey across languages and continents.
